The Lab

At Bar 9 we love to experiment… I mean, we LOVE it.  This is a place where we will endeavor to put anything we find online, to allow you all to scrutinize and critique our findings.

Some of it might  seem trivial, some of it funny, most of it a complete waste of time.  But if even 1% of it results in a better tasting cup of coffee, then we have.
